I aim to post your parcel out within 3 working days of purchase; your item will be sent via 2nd Class post and I will obtain proof of postage. NOTE: I use both new and recycled packaging.

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 working days (beginning the day after your order was received) and must dispatch the item/s back at your own expense (via trackable method) within 30 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the item/s have already been despatched prior to me receiving your intent to return/cancel you have a duty to retain possession and take responsible care of the item/s. You are under obligation to return the goods to RetroEtCetero) and are responsible for sending your item/s back to RetroEtCetero at your own expense.
